Eagle’s Pack 720 PRO delivers superior contaminant detection of large packaged products at high-line speeds. It has a detection coverage of 720 mm (28.3”) at the belt and is capable of high-speed imaging up to 76 meters per minute (250 FPM). With the use of a bar code reader, the x-ray machine can run mixed cases for complete inspection. It is also capable of multilane inspection which enables manufacturers to inspect multiple lanes of the same or dissimilar products, or alternatively use one lane for production and the other for rework. The Pack 720 PRO is simultaneously capable of performing following inline quality control checks:
