for Tall Applications Tall Servo Reject
Removes packaged products from production lines that are non-conformant with quality specifications and can be used on most high speed vertical container lines.
Removes packaged products from production lines that are non-conformant with quality specifications and can be used on most high speed vertical container lines.
The Tall Servo reject device consists of a servo motor and controller that actuates a paddle pushing products that do not meet predetermined quality specifications in the direction of the reject receptacle. It can remove inspected packaged products on lines up to 1200 PPM. The servo reject is very versatile and ideal for removing faulty vertical products such as, cans, glass bottles and plastic containers.
