PRO-RATED GENERATOR WARRANTY – For generators supplied as a part of a new machine, there is a pro-rated warranty that commences on the date of machine installation or 6 months from the date of shipment to the buyer whichever occurs first for the specified amount of time listed below.

• Standard X-Ray Generator Warranty including generator models Hi-Ray 7, EA20, EA100, EA420: 1st year 100% replacement; 2nd year 100% of exchange part list price only

• High Performance X-Ray Generator Warranty including generator models Hi-Ray 9, Hi-Ray 9DB: 1st year 100% replacement; 2nd year 50% of exchange part list price only

The pro-rated warranty does not start over if the generator is replaced under the pro-rated warranty period. For new generators purchased for machines where the original machine and pro-rated generator warranties have expired, a new replacement generator is warranted for 1 year from date of installation or 18 months from date of shipment to the buyer whichever occurs first. If a refurbished generator is purchased for machines where the original machine and pro-rated generator warranties have expired, the refurbished replacement generator is warranted for 90 days from date of installation or 180 days from date of shipment to the buyer whichever occurs first. Other associated fees are not included with the pro-rated warranty period. There is a disposal fee for defective items returned to Company. All other Eagle Product Inspection, LLC Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale apply.
