With the use of Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry (DEXA) technology, Eagle’s fat measurement tool checks 100% of fresh and frozen meat. Fat Analysis (FA) systems provide highly accurate chemical lean values of meat, while simultaneously verifying mass (critical for batch and recipe management), as well as detecting a wide range of physical contaminants, including metal, glass, stone and calcified bone.
