Eagle Product Inspection, which offers advanced inspection technologies and expertise for manufacturers around the world, will showcase its detection capabilities for safety and quality at Expo Pack Guadalajara in Guadalajara Mexico, 11 June – 13 June in Booth 1606, alongside RAISA, Radiacion Aplicada a la Industria, S.A. de C.V.
During this annual event that attracts more than 16,000 attendees in the packaging and processing industry, Eagle will spotlight the Pack 240, a compact system that inspects fresh refrigerated or frozen packaged meat, poultry, dairy and other foods produced in harsh-wash-down environments. The machine features a sanitary design that meets stringent safety and sanitation standards and can be used to inspect a variety of packaging formats, such as plastic containers, cartons, boxes, metalized or plastic pouches, chubs and poly-wrapped trays. In addition to finding and removing contaminants like glass, metal, mineral stone/rocks, some plastic and rubber compounds and calcified bones, the Pack 240 uses Eagle’s proprietary SimulTask™ PRO image processing software to enhance contaminant detection and perform key quality checks.
